As a graduate of the Royal College of Art this Bolton Wanderer has never lost his creative edge, and is the resident design guru/grumpy old designer at Open Agency. To the dismay of his medical advisors, Gary regularly runs marathons and at the ripe old age of 56, has just become a Dad for the first time.

After seeing his football career peak when he led Ambleside Under 16's to second place in the Kent Valley League in 1987, Martyn left the peace and tranquillity of the Lake District to seek his fortune in London (via Carlisle and Brighton). Needless to say he's still looking.
One of Martyn's best ideas was to join the Open Agency, and is the long-term resident at 'Open Towers'.

A former Wisbech under 12 judo champion, Andy swapped his black belt for an Armani belt when he was snapped up by the Open Agency from Falmouth School of Art & Design. Having risen through the ranks he now takes charge of the digital department.

Away from the world of paper samples and 8 point Garamond, Andy likes nothing better than jumping aboard his time machine and transporting himself back to the 15th century. Go near his Pantone swatch book and you may just feel the edge of his broadsword, (or at least his bayonet).

With his student trophy cabinet bulging, Tom racked up experience in most of London's top agencies before being shown the door, and finally decided that Open was the place for him.
Having a fascination with mountain gorillas, Tom can often be found hanging around his natural habitat of the bars of soho, giving displays of manliness in the hope of attracting a potential mate.

Milan turned down a job writing headlines at The Sun newspaper to bring his copywriting and design skills to Open, where the cheeky Essex boy has established himself as Stanford-le-hope's most famous export. If he were to write this biog himself he would no doubt end it with 'well, you live in Hope'.
After asking his Mum to make him his packed lunch every day, Milan does the sensible thing and invests the money he saves on the 3.30 at Kempton.

He shows his dedication to Open by putting his life on the line several times a day when he enters the server room in flip flops bravely ignoring the risk of getting frostbite.

Open's longest serving team player, Pete is a master craftsman whose attention to detail is legendary. People can't help but be amazed at what he can do with his hands, especially Ruth, his long-suffering other half. A man who knows all about the true value of old stuff that looks a bit dusty and has seen better days, Pete really is the eBay king.

If anyone could invent a term to describe Pat's multi-disciplined role then it would be Pat himself, but as he's too busy designing his new eco-estate in the Portuguese countryside we'll have to go with the Inspector gadget, eco-warrior, 3D visualiser, artworker and all round bearded wonder. Currently helping to minimise global warming by running his hefty 1000cc motorbike on llama droppings.

As Account Director, Annabel takes on many big responsibilities at Open and is always willing to make a sacrifice, testing out all the latest menus in the places to be seen around town, to make sure all our clients are happy.
Having kept Mum for a while, Annabel finally announced she is celebrating her ten years at Open by spending a few months off on maternity leave, in early 2010.

After cycling through the mean streets of London terrorising cabbies and lorry drivers, this feisty Scottish-Essex girl arrives at Open ready for the day ahead as an integral part of the account management team.
Another long standing member of Team Open, Emma studied art & design before taking that well worn path of becoming a PA, studio manager then settling into her current role, where her love of (social) life and talking, are fully utilised.

Ava wears several hats (as well as the trousers) such as PA and studio manager, as well as taking care of the accounts. Not so much 'juggling' a number of jobs, more like methodically arranging them in inch-perfect unison, Ava's organisational skills can strike fear into innocent bystanders.
If anyone is ever daft enough to forget to pay an Open bill, then be warned, it will be the delightful Ava that will be tracking you down and using her dulcet Sarf London tones to persuade you to 'cough up'.

Ed's had plenty of hard knocks during his relatively short time at Open Agency. But he's proved a model receptionist that never complains, moans, whinges or asks for a pay rise. Ed's known for his blank stares and unsmiling persona but underneath the tough exterior lies an incredibly flexible personality.
