Putting a face to a name
The Postal Review Panel is an ombudsman committed to resolving disputes between Royal Mail and its customers.
This identity features an abstract anthropomorphic character created from a letter, envelope and stamp, giving the organisation an approachable 'human' personality. Bold, fresh colours were chosen to bring the dynamic personality to life, setting it apart from conservative, government-funded watchdog-style organisations that the Panel was created to supersede.
