35% increase in sales for Over 50's campaign
Open Agency helped launch the revamped Post Office® guidelines with a major promotion for Over 50's Life Cover.
A subject that needed to be introduced in a sensitive, no-nonsense manner, we came up with the concept of having a casual chat over a nice cup of tea. Ken and Gill were shot specifically with the age of the target audience in mind.
A-frames outside the branch tempted people inside, where a range of in-branch posters led the customer to the counter. Once inside, they were handed a giant 'mug of tea' containing information about the product. If customers wanted to ask in confidence about the product they could have a chat with an FSS over a real cup of tea in an Over 50's mug.
The result was a 35% increase in sales over previous campaigns
