The objective was to drive awareness of the KFH brand within the Central London market, demonstrating relevance through messaging and proof points that connect with their target audience.

The result was a concept based around ‘targeted property expertise delivering successful results’. The design features a bold circle layered to create a striking target over relevant areas of the Capital. The use of the strong line ‘Think Central London property. Think KFH’ helps position them confidently. The supporting messaging delivers a combination of two key benefits of the KFH service (reputation and expertise), suggesting that the unique combination of those benefits delivers the best possible result for the KFH customer.

To achieve maximum reach in the market, the messaging was developed across multiple channels including direct mail, print and outdoor advertising. Alongside the creative execution, Open developed all copy ensuring a consistent tone of voice was applied throughout.
